The hotel grounds were beautiful and well maintained. the pools were large, with poolside service for drinks and snacks. my room was spacious, featured a comfortable bed, and included a modern bathroom. the variety of options at the breakfast buffet each morning was excellent. I especially liked the made-to-order omelets.

Some areas of the hotel showed wear and tear. I noticed a need for refurbishment in the hallways.

I appreciated the access to the Palace facilities (the gym was a definite plus). The location felt both quiet and provided close proximity to the Medina. I found the breakfast delicious and the staff very nice.

The hotel seemed a bit outdated. A refresh could elevate the experience.
